[Silly Little Cars] Seal woes cont...

    Started to tear the old girl down again.Looks like all I've got left is the torque converter bolts, bell housing and the top motor mount.
It appears that the starter remains on the transmission so that's good because the top bolt is a bit difficult to take out without a swivel. 
Anyone have any pointers, caveats, tips beyond the obvious?
I wonder if this seal is obtainable at the local auto parts store ...
