True, but it usually takes a certain volume or lbs. / # of cans of R134 to fill.  Thanks.  BTW, found the GO4 shop manual that someone has published online as a pdf. (with a section on AC).

The AC system is based on pressure, not volume. Keep pumping it in until the needle is in the green arc on the gauge.
