[Silly Little Cars] Oregon DMV & Silly Little Cars

I looked at ITS, it looks like it's really hit or miss as to whether you'll
get the title/plates. I might just try submitting directly to Vermont DMV
and then transferring to my home state.
An interesting link about doing just that:
http://benboyle.com/blog/

Also, I am about to strip down and paint the whole shindig and my rubber
window seals are cracking. I am worried they won't survive the process.
Does anyone know where to find replacements for this? It is two pieces of
rubber, one goes on the metal framing in the window hole and holds the
glass pane (sort of an H shape if looking at a cut end), and one is a chord
of rubber that fits into a center track of the one holding the glass pane
sealing it. There's two sizes of it on my Cushman, smaller for the side
windows and a thick 1" wide one for the windshield. I have had little
success locating it online, but likely using the wrong search terms
('window seal', 'window gasket').

Cheers
