Don not sure where you're located but I got a new windshield cut and installed on my 99 interceptor at TLC glass in San Francisco for $217, tax included. Dunno about back window but prob similar price, maybe you can get a deal for both. The espresso cart sounds awesome! Good luck with the repair.
