Thanks Maxime,

I suppose I can swing that price.  I'm having a hard time finding a paint
shop that wants to paint the thing.  The main problem being they want to do
all this body work on the rust spots instead of just neutralizing them.
 Good thing the web is full of $50 rustoleum tutorials!  Why didn't I think
of that in the first place?
