[Silly Little Cars] 1996 Go-4 Interceptor Govenor Disable

one full turn (right) 
increases and one (left) decreases the speed by 5 mph.

That's what I understand, but I just tightened mine, so it's effectively disabled.

Thanks for the quick respones and valuable info.
Of course it was located behind the only panel I DIDN'T check behind.
I assume it's just like the one on my 03 in that one full turn (right) 
increases and one (left) decreases the speed by 5 mph.
I only cranked up to about 60 top speed.
