<div>I assume it's just like the one on my 03 in that one full turn (right)
increases and one (left) decreases the speed by 5 mph.</div>
<div>I only cranked up to about 60 top speed.</div>

help adjusting or disabling the gov.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">I've got a 2003 that I drive running
parts and had no problem setting the speed up on it, but the 96 is a
different story.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">I can't even find the darn thing. Manuals
are no help and don't have a schematic to easily track it
down.</font></div>
