[Silly Little Cars] another interceptor

I have one and am having long-standing issues with the DMV (and Dan Das Mann
is helping me through it), and its worth every moment I'm illegally driving
it.

If you are digging it, get it! It's not like you are going to go on a big
road trip with it and get stopped in the middle of nowhere in a speed trap
or something.
