[Silly Little Cars] Insurance for Cushman - help!

I live in NM and got insurance from progressive. Full coverage with
collision and theft cost me  $275 a year on a  87 truckster.

Collectors/Classics insurance. I live in Colorado.
Also I aim to repower my trucksters so I can go a bit faster than 25-30mph.
Any suggestions.
