[Silly Little Cars] Oil in forks on '99 GO-4?

I'm not sure how to add oil.  If the forks are leaking and need to be 
rebuilt the seal kit is very expensive and it's a pain in the butt to 
remove the forks.  There is a posting on the GO-4 owners facebook page 
where one of the members hooked up an airbag between the fender cross 
bar and the cross brace at the top of the forks.  It's supposed to work
