Any reason you haven't dialed down that governor? It's just a couple of turns of a screw to bypass it, nothing complicated.  

And awesome on having a go4 in nyc. I've always wanted to drive one around there, let me know if you come to San Francisco and need a loaner go4 for a ride trade sometime...
