[Silly Little Cars] Winter driving

My GO-4 is a 2004, Interceptor II. It has the 30 mph speed governor. I  Live
in New York City and drive the GO-4 in winter if the snow is 1 or 2 inches
high and after the snow has been plowed. I use All Season tires. These are
