I have a 2003 Go 4 with the Hyundai engine. The problem I have is that
my governor is not adjustable, there is no adjustment screw on it so I
can't set it high and have everything stay in good running shape
apparently. 40 mph is to slow for some of the streets I have to travel
on to get to some places I need to go. So I have no choice but to
disable the governor somehow. What is the best way to get the speed I
need and keep the ECU happy? Is it completely disconnecting the the
governor plug and splicing the purple and white together on the injector
side or is it leaving governor plugged in, splicing purple and white on
injector side and capping them on the governor side? With so many
answers on here that sound so similar I'm hesitant to try any.
