I have a 2003 Go 4.  Not sure if it is the same set up.  I Simply cut 
the black wire going to the governor box and capped the wires. It 
increased my top speed from 40 mph to 60 mph.  Are any of you guys 
getting even more speed out of it by doing it differently?
