[Silly Little Cars] Registration in California Looking for VIN Numbers

I had DMV asking for this when I came for the inspection with one of my
Cushmi and I made a show of craning my neck and looking under a pipe and
reading off a long list of random numbers which thankfully they didn't have
me repeat.
