[Silly Little Cars] Registration in California Looking for VIN Numbers

I *think* it’s a thing that cali does because it’s classified as a motorcycle?

nonetheless, for my interceptor 2 (which is what you have) you can find a pair of stickers on the transmission end of the engine block:
