[Silly Little Cars] Cargo body type

Thank you! This is for San Francisco where at downtown most parking meters are for commercial vehicles I read at the CA DMV that one definition of a commercial vehicle is if is use primarily for transportation of property, I hoped that with a cargo body you could make the claim that that is exactly what you're doing such as transforming it into a hotdog vending vehicle. Your input is greatly appreciated! Alex.
