Sweet ride! And I agree with your point that the cushman engines (all of them, especially post 1989 when they switched to water cooled) are much more than "lawn mower engines" as someone said earlier. The interceptors may make the engines feel like lawn mower engines by comparison though. 

That said, I've always found that Cushmans have plenty of power, and I live in San Francisco with lots of hills.
