Followed the wires the best I could from the starter to the relays on the radiator support panel. Removed the suspected relay, got a new one, replaced it. Nothing. Looked around at the others, found one that might also be it, put the new relay in that one and presto! Now to figure out a wiper relay to see if that's what is causing my wiper to not work!

I don't yet have a GO-4, but the starter circuit on all motorized vehicles is nearly the same. Follow the heavy wire from the starter back toward the battery and you will find the starting relay. It has this wire plus one other heavy wire that comes from the battery connected to either side of it, and one or two small wires attached to smaller terminals on it. With a short piece of heavy wire, temporarily touch the ends across both of the larger terminals on the starter relay. There will be sparks, but the starter motor should come to life. Do it multiple times to be sure the starter will turn every time that you touch the terminals with the wire. If it doesn't, the problem is either at your battery or in the starter motor. If jumpering the large terminals does always run the starter motor, then the problem is more likely in the circuit between the key switch or this starting relay. Can you hear this relay click when you turn the key switch to start? If yes, change the relay. If no, the key switch could be bad, the neutral switch on the transmission could be bad, an interlock relay could be bad, etc. and you will likely need the electrical schematic for your GO-4 to find the problem.  
 
I have a Jeep with an automatic transmission that sometimes will not start. I've found that wiggling the gear shift lever will temporarily cure the problem and it will then start. I've concluded that I need a new neutral switch, but just haven't taken the time to fix it. I probably won't until I can't get it to start at all. Then this problem will jump to the top of my priority list and get fixed.

Battery is   charged, cables are tight and contacts are clean. Is there a relay between the   ignition and the starter? Reason being, it started after I replaced the   distributor, I pulled it out from under the tree where I park and washed it.   After washing it, it wouldn't start. That makes me wonder if one of the relays   on the radiator support getting wet is causing the issue? (Unfortunately I   don't have a schematic to decipher which relay goes to what!)

If it won't crank, it won't start. I would concentrate on the starting   circuit first.
  
Fully charged battery?
  
Tight and clean cables?
  
You can temporarily bypass the neutral safety switch
  
Is there easy access to the starter where the cables attach? Try shorting   the big hot cable to the thin solenoid cable at their terminals. You can use a   homemade jumper switch or a screwdriver( it will make sparks)

I've been battling a starting issue for a while. It began as off and on not starting (would eventually start). It stopped starting all together and when I checked the diagnostic codes, the cam position sensor code was being triggered. It's in the distributor, so got a reman'd one and it started 3 times and then stopped starting again. I was suspect of the park/neutral safety switch (speed sensor mini-gen on the transmission) and replaced that. No change. Today installed a new reman'd starter assembly, still nothing... When I turn the key it doesn't crank but I hear what sounds like a cycling buzz. 

Anyone have any ideas as to my next step? Ignition? Fuel pump? Maybe a bad relay somewhere? (Anyone has a diagram or knowledge of what each relay along the radiator support is?) I've never been able to store anything in my truck, as it always has had a gasoline smell (which has me suspicious of the fuel pump/seal.) Since all the dash indicators funtion and I get the buzzing from the engine compartment, I thing the ignition is functioning fine?
