[Silly Little Cars] Silly_little_cars Digest, Vol 83, Issue 5

I'm in California and despite living in San Francisco with a lot of
privately owned Go-4s the DMV took 5 months to figure out how to register
my vehicle.  They first registered it as a motorcycle and then they revoked
that registration and called it an "off road" vehicle similar to a 4 -
wheel. Then they reinstated the motorcycle registration.  So I insure it as
a motorcycle and I get to park in motorcycle parking spots. I don't know
why this is so complicated.
