[Silly Little Cars] ? about registering an (out of) State-owned vanster

Stay away....I waited for over a month for a guy to get one into his name
in Oregon it was with the DMV for 3 or more weeks, it is not as easy as
walking in and paying and going home with a title.

IMHO
