Bought from auto dealer in Nevada.
Pictures,  video,  phone and trust! It came exactly as described.
Ebay / craigslist was the only place I found them and all 500 or more miles away.

Is ebay pretty much the only source?  

How did you have it checked out in NV? Did you have a friend or someone local who you could have "kick the tires"?
