[Silly Little Cars] Governor location

Thnx, mike, I thought it might be that panel. I'll tweak it! Mine is a '99.
Do you know if there is a obdc-II adapter for this? Everything after '96,
sold in US was supposed have a std connector. It seems to have a
proprietary connector. Mike
