[Silly Little Cars] Go 4 '98

my vin tag shows MC but DMV says no (Novato's). This was fri 4.19.13. It was inspected by DMV in Feb '13 and even then it says auto not MC. So in SF they will see the vin tag and will not see the title. So what are the rules in SF. Perpendicular parking or do I have to look out for metermaids/man for other difficulties. I grew up there but this is my first 3 wheeler. thanks,lew
