Depending on what this guy has done to the vehicle . . . .

I bought mine for $3000, had a mechanic go over it with a fine tooth comb
(wiring problem, tune-up, etc) which ran me another $3500.  I put new wheels
and rims on for another $700, new interior upholstery for another $800, new
seals on the front fork - $350, new radio $200 (much like his) . . . .  All
in all, probably about $10,000.  So, his price doesn't sound too crazy to
me!

In an earlier ad they were saying it was a Hyundai motor (at least now this
one also says it's a Ford/Kia, they forgot Mazda too. lol) They have the
wrong transmission listed too, the Ford/Kia/Mazda's have a 3 speed, the
2002+ Hyundai Go-4's have the 4-speed auto correct?

Maybe someone can offer him $2500 when its over and he doesn't get his crazy
asking price.

As far as top speeds, I've gone 65 mph in mine, and it definitely still had
a ways to go before it would top out, so who knows.

says its registered as a car, but has motorcycle plate...

says top speed is 100 mph...

price seems high...
