[Silly Little Cars] 1977 Truckster loose/sloppy steering

Hi All,

I just got a 1977 truckster.  It's in a pretty rough shape, but street
legal.  My first question is the steering box.  It has pretty sloppy
steering.  What should I check first?  Perhaps a worn out steering gear box
or a problem down by the wheels?
