As far as the lower door hinge, how's the angle of the hinge? I haven't had
the hard doors for awhile, but if I remember right the hinge is mounted in
such a way that you can change the mounting angle by slightly loosening the
mounting bolts. You might want to just remove the door (open the door all
the way and lift up, no need to unbolt anything for that) and lube up the
pin in the hinge.
