knows its a ridiculous process and once she knows who you are, you can bypass 
the line and just walk right up to her and she takes you next without waiting.

Interceptor?

I have to bring Maxime's Interceptor to DMV to get motorcycle'd, I'll be on the 
lookout for said large Ukranian woman. Any other description of her?
