[Silly Little Cars] My new silly, even littler, GO-4 for $150

They had this listed as a Cushman at a live auction in the Chicago area.  It didn't start and I got it for $150.  Engine has 38,000 miles on it.  The back trunk/body is missing, portion of the roof that has brakelights and turn signals is missing.  It is shorter than normal as the last portion of the roll cage that are seperate pieces in the parts manual are not there.  A ball for towing has been welded to the frame, some sort of hydraulic hoses w/quick disconnects are coming out the back (you can see them hanging) and they appear to have something to do with the small box above the engine near the rear window.  The extra lever on the right side of the seat (as you are sitting down) seems to have something to do with this.  It appears that there is also an emergency brake on that same side, even though the standard one is also on the opposite side.  Note that someone (if it was not Westward Industries) took the time to cut and bend the sheet metal around
 the rear wheel to give it a somewhat finished appearance even though the rear box was removed.
