[Silly Little Cars] Governor and newbie with blog

Ive owned a god number of three wheelers in the past, including an old mailster and a westcoaster.  Just bought my first go-4, a 2002 with 19600 miles or so.  Ebay auction.  Runs well, though the ac unit is squeeling a bit.   I am in rainy seattle, so not much need for that anyway.   
I know there have been many posts on governors.  I cant find mine. Here are some pics on my site....
