Any tire shop can put a tire on a rim. The problem usually comes in taking the front tire off or putting it back on the axle considering brake de-/re-install. I tried about five motorcycle shops for front strut rebuild and for front tire reinstall. They would not touch the GO-4. I finally found a mechanic that worked on his own and that fix anything mechanical.
