Sometimes it's attached to the frame and other times it just dangles from the wires. There is a small screw which looks like a watch screw. adjusting or disabling the gov.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">I've got a 2003 that I drive running parts and had
no problem setting the speed up on it, but the 96 is a different
story.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">I can't even find the darn thing. Manuals are no
help and don't have a schematic to easily track it down.</font></div>
