<DIV>Have you found the governor yet? I have a '99, which has a whole
different drivetrain so may be different, but no need to get as fancy as
flashing firmware, you just have to turn a tiny screw on a little box. Every
turn is 5mph if I remember correctly. I go waaay faster than is probably safe,
