[Silly Little Cars] ECM/ECU 2004 Go4

Hi, 
I have a 2004 go4 interceptor  with a bad  ECM. It has a hyuandai engine on it, can't get a reading from OBD. Any ideas on troubleshooting or replacement? I'm very interested in learning how to program them as well but not sure what I'll need.
