[Silly Little Cars] 94 Westward G O 4 left side making grinding noise

Hi Everyone, 
My scooter left wheel was making a grinding noise.  I thought it was the brakes so I changed both sides, but the grinding is still there on the left side. Any help will be appreciated. It sounds like a bad bearing.
