[Silly Little Cars] 1997 Go4 - two seater?

Actually, there are three states which don't "require" you to have 
insurance on a motorcycle, Florida, Montana and Washington. In all three 
of those states though if you cause the accident/are at fault you are 
financially responsible for any damages or injuries and can be sued for 
your assets and have a lien laced on your home.  Probably smarter to 
just get insurance.
