[Silly Little Cars] Gremlins!

Hello everyone, so after trying to search high and low for a fuel pump emergency cut off switch....which I never found.....my Int2 decided to start back up. And once it did it functioned flawless! I wiggled wires, shook the vehicle up
And down with the jack. Just trying to check if something would turn off the pump. Nothing did and whatever it was that made it quit is now gone....so I thought. Then the gremlin came back. Yesterday I started it up and let it sit on idle so I could grab my cot and go for a ride. I came back and to my surprise the engine was off. And now it will not start again. The gremlin got me again. Brand new fuel pump and filters, strong battery and starter power. I’m thinking maybe loose ground? Bad relay? Thoughts? Also does anyone know where the fuel pump relay is for this 2003 Go-4 Int II is located? I pulled the relay and fuse box cover in the front under the hood but not there.  Thanks everybody. Please chime in. I could just take my AR and blast away this gremlin!
