[Silly Little Cars] Pacific Specialty-McGraw insurance not renewing Three Wheeler policy in California

Progressive denied me when I called them and tried to sign up.  I was 
successful at signing up with progressive by signing up on line, DO NOT 
EVER TALK TO A HUMAN, and saying the make was "other" and made in 
America.  Technically Canada is North America.  Never had a problem 
since.  They send me my renewal every year like clock work.
