[Silly Little Cars] Instrument cluster lights

The light behind fuel the gauge on my 2002 interceptor 2 went out driving home tonight.  Has anyone had this happen before? Can it be fixed without having to buy a whole new instrument panel?  Speaking of lights are the head light bulbs all one piece? The parts manuals don't call it out as separate.
