[Silly Little Cars] Steering

They do move a lot on the forks.  My 97 bounces badly up front and can
cause the wheel to skip if I hit it bumps wrong.  Supposedly the forks were
rebuilt and I have the paperwork for it, but geez, the thing is rabbit on
the bumps.

I do like the low end acceleration though!  Beats out my Cushmans easily.
