[Silly Little Cars] Looking for a mechanic in southern California

Looking for a mechanic in Southern California who can help me with the
governor on my 2003 Go-4 I've had a number of suggestions but they have all
been from other year owners. Anyone with either a mechanic or 1st hand
knowledge I would greatly appreciate it!  I live in Orange County This 40
MPH is killing me!
