[Silly Little Cars] Registration in California Looking for VIN Numbers

HELP I found the VIN on the Dash of my 2004 GO-4 but DMV is looking for a
2nd VIN # Any ideas, you seem to have this licked in Northern California,
but I'm in Southern California. I think they called it a National VIN and a
Public VIN Thanks in advance for any help and where I might find the
additional VIN
