[Silly Little Cars] Looking for information regarding governor location on 2003 GO-4

the governor on mind which is a 93 is located under the seat, i called the company and on the rght hand size, the white dot is actually a screw the guy told me if you turn it counter clockwise it would increase the speed, he said do a half turn ata time until you get the desired speed hope that helps

I know I’m looking for a box with a screw, I see boxes but no screw? Help, I live in SoCal and going 38mph is more scary than 60!~ A picture would be amazing or if there is a page in the service manual I should be looking at would be great!
