[Silly Little Cars] Looking for information regarding governor location on 2003 GO-4

I had found some information on this site regarding what I thought would do
the trick, but I can find the exact location of where the governor is on
this thing. I know I'm looking for a box with a screw, I see boxes but no
screw? Help, I live in SoCal and going 38mph is more scary than 60!~ A
picture would be amazing or if there is a page in the service manual I
should be looking at would be great!
