[Silly Little Cars] Do you wear a helmet while driving?

Do people wear helmets while driving their cars?  I know the cab is enclosed, there is a roll cage and a seatbelt, but obviously there aren’t airbags.  I known people who have had traumatic brain injuries with slow speed bicycle crashes so my mind goes there immediately when I think of racing down the road.
