[Silly Little Cars] What do you all think of this Westcoaster for sale?

This seems like a good deal:

When I spoke with the current owner, he relayed this:

Now has a rack

Painted it himself, no rust

Body made of fiberglass.

Cleaned out motor, no leaks

3 speed transition, clutch works, new drum brakes, all the wiring works.

Issues with bleeding brakes and horn, but happy to fix both pre-sale for a
small charge

May need to tweek the carburetor

Windshield has crack and will eventually need replacement

Has pink slip under his name, currently non-op so no fees.

All for $2K.  What do you think?

Thanks for all your help!  Btw, is there a cushman 'gang' of sorts that
rides around in search of fun times?
