That's exactly how I got mine - through USAA from Progressive for my 2004
GO-4.  Liability only.

My experience was that USAA does not insure motorcycles but will transfer
you to progressive which should give you a better rate if transferred from
USAA than if just calling up progressive (USAA does this for services they
don't provide). Progressive used to specifically exclude cushman's but that
is no longer the case.

went thru their altenative to main provider. Bottom line in CA go with
progressive direct. It did take perserverence.
