[Silly Little Cars] insurance in Maryland

If you have any relationship to the military like as a veteran or former
dependant try USAA. They have insured my 93 Go-4 for years.

I can't speak for Maryland but most states classify all pick-up trucks as
commercial and they don't have a problem getting insurance. Perhaps a
little shopping will solve the problem.
