I used progressive through a local broker.  I think it's best to go through a local-- someone who won't google it while they are on the phone with you.  It's in the motorcycle class, so tell the rep it's a 3 wheeled motorcycle and hope they don't ask too many questions. For me, it was two full days on the telephone, trial and error, until someone accepted my application.
