[Silly Little Cars] Electrical diagram

I have a 2001 Cushman police, model 898488.  Having some electrical issues.  A schematic, or an operators 
manual with an electrical drawing would be great.  I have the engine manual.

I also have a 1958 BMW Isetta.  Much easier to get info on that.  I have owned this Isetta for 40 years.
